<br />WHEREAS Tvan and Grace Olson husband and
<br />wife (hereinafter usually referred to as "Homeowner", whether one or more) have
<br />entered into a certain written HOUSING REHABILITATION GRANT AGREEMENT dated the
<br />7th day of July 1981 with the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, a municipal corporation (hereinafter usually referred to as "City"),
<br />acting through its Community Development Agency, for rehabilitation of a dwelling,
<br />on premises owned by Homeowner which are hereinafter described, and for the grant-
<br />ing by City to Homeowner of Federal funds in the amount of Ten Thousand, 'I4~r-~e
<br />Hundred, Nfne and 00/100----------- Dollars ($10, 309.00 ) ~to be applied
<br />in payment of the cost of such rehabilitation, and
<br />WHEREAS, Homeowner in such AGREEMENT has, among other things, agreed (a) to
<br />repay such amount or, as the case may be, a part thereof to City in certain cir-
<br />cumstances described in the AGREEMENT, and (bl to execute and deliver to city an
<br />instrument in recordable form granting to City a lien on the premises to secure
<br />such repayment,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such AGREEDIEN'L with City, Ivan and
<br />Grace Olson , husband and wife (hereinabove and herein-
<br />below referred to as "Homeowner"}, do hereby grant to CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, its successors and assigns, a lien upon the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot 11, Block C
<br />Parkview Subdivision
<br />an addition to the City of Grand lsland,~
<br />Nebraska, according to the recorded plat
<br />thereof,
<br />to secure repayment to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, its successors and
<br />assigns, of the amount of the grant hereinabove referred to or, as the case clay
<br />be, a part thereof in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the
<br />HOUSING REHABILITATION GRANT ^GREEMENT to which reference is made hereinabove.
<br />The lien herein granted shall run with the premises for a period of two
<br />(2) years from this date, and shall also bind the successors and assigns
<br />and, except as provided in such AGREEMENT, the personal representatives, heirs,
<br />devisees, and legatees of Homeowner.
