<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />Lawrence W. Wiese and A. Elsie Wiese, husband and wife, each
<br />in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein
<br />called the Grantors, for. and in consideration of the sum of TEN &
<br />NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration received
<br />from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />Lawrence W. Wiese and A. Elsie Wiese, husband and wife, as ten-
<br />ants in common, herein called the Grantees, the following-described
<br />real estate situated in HaI1 County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots numbered Three (3), Faur (4), Five (5), and Nine
<br />(9) of Section Twenty-Eight (28) and also a strip of
<br />ground along the South side of Lot Seven (7) from the
<br />Section line between Sections Twenty-Eight (28) and
<br />Twenty-Nine (29) to the .northerly approach of a former
<br />bridge now removed crossing the Platte River South from
<br />said Lot Seven (7) in Sa_ction Twenty-Eight (28) all in
<br />Township Ten (10), North, Range Ten (10), West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, also an interest in a
<br />bridge approaching this land across the North Channel
<br />of the Platte River on the Section line East of said
<br />Section Twenty-Eight (28) above described, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and,
<br />All of a tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (NW~NE;) and Lots One {1) and Two (2)
<br />in Section Twenty-Eight {28), Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, lying south of the Interstate Highway which
<br />is located on that portion of the above-described
<br />property conveyed to the State of Nebraska and de-
<br />scribed in the Geed recorded in Book 135 of the Deed
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska, at page 455, and
<br />containing 30 acres, a little mare or less; and,
<br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4) in Section Twenty-seven
<br />(27) in Township Ten (10) North of Range Ten (ZO) West
<br />of the 5th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and
<br />assigns forever; and Grantors hereby covenant with the said
<br />Grantees and with Grantees' heirs and assigns, that Grantors are
<br />lawfully seined of said premises, that they are £ree from encum-
<br />brance and that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to
<br />sell the same; and Grantors hereby covenant to warrant and defend
<br />the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons whomsoever; and the said Grantors hereby relinquish alI
<br />right, title, claim and interest in and to the above-described
<br />premises.
