Affiant is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, and is <br />now Vice-President of Benjamin g Associates, Inc., Engineers and <br />Surveyors, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />2. Affiant further states r_hat'on ,Ianuary 14, 1972, he completed a survey <br />of Meadow Lane Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />and that the original plat of said subdivision is now recorded at the <br />Register of Deeds Office in the 1ia21 County Court House at Grand Island, <br />Lebraska. <br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re-examined said plat of <br />'9eadow Lane Third Subdivision, and has discovered an error in the chord <br />' dimension for the curve on the southwesterly line of Lot Seventeen (17) <br />as shown on the original plat. <br />4. Affiant further states that said choru dimension should read "One <br />Hundred Twenty Five and Seven Tenths (125."} feet" in lieu of "'One <br />Hundred Fifty Two and Forty Two Hundredths (152.42} feet" as shown <br />on the original plat. <br />Further Affiant Saith 'iot. <br />~ ~''~ ~ Charles B.
