<br />You are hereby notified *hat on the 20th day of July,
<br />1981 The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, a Corporation, Plaintiff, filed its Petition
<br />and action in the District Court of Ha11 County, Nebraska,
<br />against the above-captioned defendants, the object and prayer
<br />of which is to foreclose two mortgages in the original amounts
<br />of $31,048.00, and $9,800.00, respectively, on the following
<br />described real estate:
<br />The Westerly Fifty Feet (W 50') of Lot Eight
<br />(8), in Block Twenty-Three (23), in Russel
<br />Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />given by Janice M. Cox, formerly Janice M. King, and Gerald F.
<br />Cox, her husband, and on the 19th day of December, 1979 and on
<br />the 2bth day of July, 1980, respectively.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due it $33,060.60 plus
<br />interest from and after the 17th day of July, 1981 on the first
<br />of said mortgages and that there is due the plaintiff the sum of
<br />X10,214.58 plus interest from and after the 17th day of July, 19$1
<br />as to the socond of said mortgages, and it prays for judgment as
