<br />Halls and Diane M. Wells, Husband and wife is Truatar, and James
<br />5. Reed is Trustee, which Trust Deed was-dated the 25th day of June
<br />19 81 and retarded the 28th day of June , 19 81 ,
<br />doc:msent # 81-003322 of the Mortgage Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and all its right, title and interest to the property therein
<br />described, as follows, to-wit:
<br />Part of Lot 8, Block 28, Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, amre particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest
<br />coy-..~ of Said Flock 28, Russel Wheeler's Additions thence in a Northeasterly direction
<br />along the Northerly Right-of-way line of 10th Street for 106.20 feet to the true
<br />point of beginning; thence continuing along the said Northerly Right-of-Way line of
<br />10th Street for 51.00 feet; thence in a Northwesterly direction for 132.07 feet to a
<br />point on the Southerly line of a 16 feet wide alley; thence in a Southwesterly
<br />direction along the Southerly line of said alley for 51.00 feet; thence in a
<br />Southeasterly direction for 132.08 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />Together with the praaissory note therein described, and the money due or to becc4ae
<br />due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the provisions of said
<br />Trust Deed therein contained.

<br />Rssignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its President, and a±tested by its
