<br />(1} To pay promptly when, due any indebtedrteas to ehe C:overament hereby secured and to indemnify and save hum-
<br />less the Government against any loss under its insunace of payment of the tsote by reason of any default by $oraower.
<br />At all times when the note is held by an insured holder, iorrower shall cantinuc to make payments on the note to the Govertt-
<br />meal, as collection agent for the holdu.
<br />(2} To pay to the Government such fees and other chuges as ntay now or hseafter be cequired by regulations of the
<br />Fumecs Home Administration.
<br />(3} If required by the Government, to make additional monthly payments of I/I2 of the estimated annual taxes,
<br />assuunancs, insurance premiums and other chuges upon chc marcga~3ed premises.
<br />(4} whachs or tux the note is insured by the Govetnmens, the Government tray at zny time pay any other amounts
<br />requited herein to be paid by Borrower and not paid by Barrawer when due, as well as any costs and cxpensts for the pre-
<br />servation, prouction, or enforcement of this lien, as advances for the account of Borrower. Ail such advances shall bear
<br />interest at the race borne by the Wort which has the highest interest nee.
<br />(5} All advances by the Government as described in this iascrumenr, with interest, shall be immediately due and payable
<br />by Borrows to the Government without &mand at the plate designaud in the latut note and shall be secured hereby. No
<br />such advanu by the Government shall rel'ttve Borxgwer from breach of Borrower's covenant to pay. Such advances, with
<br />interest, shall be repaid from the fast available collections received from Borrower. Otherwise, any payment made by
<br />$orrower may be applied on the note or any in$ebzedness to the Government secured hereby in any ords the Government
<br />detesminea.
