I 81---t~~i~35r3~° trust estate, and shall pay to or for the benefit of the husband Trustor the entire net income from his separate portion of the trust estate, and shall pay to or for the benefit of the wife Trustor the entire net income-from her separ- ate portion of the trust estate. Said payments shall be made in convenient installments from time to time, but at least quarter-annually. 4 B. While both Trustors are living, the Trustee shall also pay to or For the benefit of the Trustors such sums from the principal of the community 5 portion of the trust estate as the Trustors may, from time to time, request in writing. The Trustee shall also pay to or for the benefit. of the husband 6 Trustor such sums from the principal of his separate portion of the trust estate as he may, from time to time, request in writing, and the Trustee 7 shall also pay to or for the benefit of the wife Trustor such sums from the ..principal of her_separate portion of the trust estate as she may, from time & Ito time, request in writing. 9 C. While both Trustors are living, if the amounts distributed pursu- ant to Paragraphs A and B above are insufficient, in the opinion of the 10 Trustee, to provide for the health, education, support and maintenance of the Trustors, the Trustee shall from time to time pay to or for the benefit of I1 the Trustors such sums from principal that the Trustee, in the Trustee's sole discretion, deems necessary and advisable to provide for the health, education, 12 support and maintenance of the Trustors. Said payments of principal shall be made from the principal of the community portion of the trust estate first. 13 The Trustee may also make such payments from the principal of the husband Trustor's separate portion of the trust estate or from the principal of the 14 wife Trustor's separate portion of the trust estate, but no such payments shall be made so long as it is practical to make such payments from the prin- 15 cipai of the community portion of the trust estate. 16 D. After the death of either or both of the Trustors, the Trustee may, 17 in the sole discretion of the Trustee, invade the principal of the trust es- tate to pay any and all expenses of last illness and funeral expenses as well as all estate, inheritance and similar taxes payable by reason of the death 18 i~of either or both of the Trustors, along with all fees, costs and expenses I incurred in the administration of the estates of either or both of the Trus- 19 I tors. Notwithstanding anything in this Trust Agreement to the contrary, t amounts referred to in this paragraph that are paid from the trust estate and 2U ' that are obligations of the surviving Trustor or the estate of the surviving 21 Trustor shall 6e paid from or discharged only against the trust hereafter described as the Marital Trust. All other amounts paid under this paragraph 22 shall be paid from and charged against the trust hereafter described as the Family Trust. 23 ' k. following the death of the first Trustor to die, the Trustee shall I divide the trust estate into two separate trusts to be designated as the 24 I °'karitai Trust" and the "Family Trust". The property to be contained within each trust shall be as hereinafter described. 25 ~~ I{ F.
