The Trus*_ae is not to recognize any transfer, mortgage, pledge, <br />hy~thecation, assignment or order of a beneficiary, other than the Trustors, <br />14 which anticipates the payment of any part of the income or principal. The <br />income and pr~ncipai of the trust estate shall not be subject to attachments, <br />15 garnishments, creditors' bills, or executions, to satisfy any debts, obliga- <br />tions or torts of any beneficiary, nor shall any part of the trust estate pass <br />16 to a trustee or receiver in any bankruptcy prnceedings initialed by Or against <br />arty beneficiary. Any property payable to a married person shall be to his or <br />17 her separate use, free from the interference and control of that person's <br />spouse. <br />18, <br />'~ B. In the Trustee's sole discretion, distributions of income or prin- <br />19 i eipal to any beneficiary may Ems: <br />20 1. Raid directly to the beneficiary; or <br />2i ~ 2. Deposited in any bank to the credit of the beneficiary <br />~~ in an account carried in the beneficiary's name either alone or <br />22 3~ jointly with others; or <br />23 I~ 3.
