The name of Lhis Trust Agreement is the same as shown in the caption <br />at the top of this page. The name of the trust created hereby is the same e„ <br />cept the worti "Agreement" is omitted. <br />B. Tt~ trust estate shall consist of all of the property }isted on <br />Schedule A attached to this Trust Agreement. together with any and all other <br />property of any type or description whatsoever that is hereafter transferred <br />into the trust estate. Ali property transferred into the trust estate shall <br />be subject to all of ttie terms and provisions of this Trust Agreement and any <br />amendments hereto. <br />C. The Trustors hereby assign, transfer, set over and convey to this <br />trust all of the property described on the aforementioned Schedule A. <br />D. The assets transferred into the trust may consist of the community <br />property of the Trustors, or the separate property of the husband Trustor, or <br />the separate property o€ the wife Trustor, ar a comtrination of two or of all <br />three of the foregoing types of property. For all purposes of this Trust <br />At~reemertt, each item of property contained in the trust estate shall retain its <br />character and identity as the com~anity property of the Trustors, or as the <br />separate property of the husband Trustor, or as the separate property of the <br />wife Trustor, as the case may be. <br />ARTICLE II. Sti long as the Trustors are living, the Trustors hereby reserve the <br />rift to-at-any time revoke this Trust A~3reement in whole or in part: and to <br />free time to time ameed this Trust Agreem~t, or any portion hereof.
