Stone, legally described as follows: Lot Seven (7 ), Block Five (5), Clausen Country- view Addition, an Addition to the City of Grand T_sland, Hall County, Nebraska, which said Mechanic's Lien was duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 80- 006316; and, i WHEREAS, on the day ofj- ` / , 1981, r Marilyn P. Stone did degosit with they Clerk the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, the sum of $195.50, said sum of money being equal to the amount demanded in such lien plus 15$ thereof, to secure to said vernon Ott the payment of any judgment or decree which may be rendered for the satisfaction of the lien. NOW, THEpEFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that pursuant to the pzovisians of the Neb. Rev. Stat. ~ 52-121 (Reissue 1978), I Duane D.
