<br />WHEREAS, or, the 18th day of November, 1980, Melvin Hild
<br />filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hail County,
<br />Nebraska, a Mechanic's Lien in the amount of $540.00 on certain
<br />anal estate owned by Marilyn P. Stone legally described as:

<br />Addition, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hell County, Nebraska;
<br />which said Mechanic's Lien. was duly recorded in the office of the
