<br />~~,.._ r.a t ~ 35'~ <br />plat of said LQT 7, BLt?CK 9, CQNTINEN'i'AL GARDENS, the Subdivider <br />hereby consents and agrees with tine City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />Chat it will install or provide at its expense the following-improve- <br />musts <br />1. .Commercial Development. The proposed subdivision constitutes <br />a plaaused unit development pursuant to Section 36-25 of the Grand <br />Island City Code. Far that reason, the Subdivider agrees that the <br />continuing requ cements or Section s - ~ or e i - ~ -~ <br />Code pertaining to commercial development under the planned unit <br />development will he complied with by the Subdivider. <br />2. Streets. The Subdivider waives its right to object to any <br />paving ar repaving district of Rue de College where it abuts the <br />subdivision. <br />3. Water. The property located in the subdivision may be <br />connected to the. City water main located in Webb Road ar Rue- de College <br />adjacent to the subdivision, with no Connection fee. <br />4. Sanitary Sewer. Sanitary sewer service is available <br />from an existing. private sewer wain previously constructed by the <br />Subdivider. <br />5. Drainage. Tice Subdivider agrees to grade the subdivision <br />basically in accordance with the plans an file with the City's Director <br />of Fublic Works far the drainage of Continental Gardens Subdivisions <br />prepared by Mits Kawamoto, dated .7anuary 7, 1975, subject to the-final <br />approval of the City's Director of Public Works as to their compliance <br />w~;th such plans, and that such subdivision drains to the public right- <br />o£-way. <br />6. Sidewalks. the Subdivider, if still the owner of the land <br />in the proposed subdivision, or if the Subdivider shall have trans- <br />ferrer! title to the property, then the various Grantees thereof, will <br />i~tstall, at their own expense, all public sioewalks required by the <br />Gr~sd Island-.City Code when tkse adjacent lot is built upon, and side- <br />xal shall-be regulated and required with the building permit for <br />eacts. lot. <br />- ."~. - <br />
