That Albee Printing Company, Inc., shall execute <br />and deliver to First Savings Company, Grand Zsland, <br />Nebraska, its promissory note and security agreement <br />and financing statement securing the following item <br />to-wit: <br />Gass Community Press <br />Serial #C1163 <br />Unit #9910061-4 <br />2. Hereby covenants and agrees that the undersigned's claim <br />or interest in the above-described real estate does not <br />attach to the property referred to in paragraph 1 above <br />and the undersigned covenants and agrees that the above- <br />described personal property is separate and apart from <br />the real estate and as mortgage holder agrees that the <br />property mortgaged Co First Savings Company, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, can be removed from the real estate whether or <br />not the property is bolted to the floor of the real estate <br />or building. <br />3.
