<br />of said office, in and to a17 of the rights, covenants, and conditions therein
<br />contained, attd in and to the property therein described, to-wit:

<br />Southeast Quarter {NE4Sc'~} all in Section Three (3}, Tor.-nship Ten
<br />(i0) North, Range Nine (g) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
