<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, excepting that part thereof taken by Hall County Nebraska,
<br />as shown by Appraiser's report recorded in Book "R", at page 531 of Miscellaneous
<br />records of Hall County, and also excepting that portion of land deeded to Hall County,
<br />more particularly described in Book 95, page 102 of Deed records of Hall County,
