i $I- 002960 CORRECTED CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION (to correct legal on previous Certificate of Completion filed as Doc. 80-002899) RE: Parcel R-11 The Westerly Thirty Six feet (W 36') of Lot Five (5), Block Fourteen (14), Lambert's Addition and the Easterly Forty Feet (E 40') of the Southerly One Hundred and Thirty Two Feet (S 132') of Vacated Superior Street between 5th and 6th Street, to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska WHEREAS, a certain deed was given dated August 22, 1978 and recorded as Document No. 78-005671 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska and said deed was subject to the covenants, conditions and restrictions contained therein, and ' WHEREAS, the said deed provides that upon completion of the construction of the improvements, the Urban Renewal Authority will furnish the purchaser with a certificate of completion, and 4JHEREAS, the purchaser has completed the construction of the improvements called for in said deed, and WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Authority has completed all of its obligations contained in said deed, as seller. NOW, THEREFORE, the Urban Renewal Authority, hereby certifies that the said purchaser has completed the construction of the improvements called for in the said deed. This certificate constitutes a conclusive determination of the satis- faction and termination of the covenants and agreements in said deed with respect to the obligations of the purchaser to complete the construction of the improve- ments called for in said deed...
