Blackburn, being first duly sworn on oath, d8poses and <br />says that an the 4th day of June, 1981, he mailed by United States <br />mail, postage prepaid, notice of the filing of the Mechanic's Lien <br />to Alan M. Heath, a single man, who is shown to be the owner of <br />record of the property on which the said Lien was filed, to-wit: <br />The North Thirty Feet (N30') of Lot <br />Eighty-Seven (87) and the South Twenty <br />Feet (S20') of Lot Eight-Eight (88}, <br />in Hawthorne Place in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said notice was mailed to said Alan M. Heath at 956 S. Oak <br />Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68841, which is the last address <br />of said Alan M. Heath known to Affiant. <br />Said W. G. Blackburn further states under oath that he is <br />attorney for Johnson Cashway Lumber Co. of Grand Island, a <br />corporation, the party claiming such lien. <br />DATED this 4th day of June, 1981. <br /> <br />W.
