l`- <br />81--'ia[i29?~ <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />LINDA OHLMAN, a widow, herein called the Grantor, for and in <br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar and-other good and suf£i- <br />cient consideration received from Grantee, does grant, bargan,.- <br />sell, convey and confirm unto ERNEST R.
