BROWNELL, Trustee and Grantor, in performance <br />of said trust and by virtue of the power aid authority given <br />in-and by such instrument, and in consideration of One Dollar' <br />(51.40) and-other good and valuable consideration, receipt <br />of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and reconveys to <br />RAYMOND A. WATSON and JUANITA WATSON, Grantee, the- following <br />described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes <br />Section 76-201y in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lots One (1), Two'(2), Three (3), Four (4), <br />Five {5), Six (6),.Seven (7), Eight (8), <br />Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), <br />Sixteen (16), Seventeen (l7), Nineteen (I9), <br />and Twenty (20), Piper's Glen Subdivision <br />in the City of Grand Island, a Subdivision <br />of Lots Eight ( 8 ) and *?ine ( 9) , Warren' s <br />Subdivision. <br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obliga- <br />tion secured by the Trust Deeds recorded as Documents No. <br />80-006804, 80-006806, 80-006807, and 80-006808 on November <br />2I, 1980, in the office of the Hall County Register of <br />Deeds, pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76- <br />1014. <br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not <br />to be held liable in his individual capacity in anyway by <br />reason of this- instrument. <br />Executed: June 4, 1981. <br />John R.
