Lessee shall be entitled to use bins for storage now located on said premises. It is expressly agreed that Lessee will carefully protect all improvements on-said premises or that will he erected thereon dur- ing-the continuance of this Lease and sill promptly at the expira- tion of-the term herein granted yield up possession of said premises, without notice, to the Lessor, in as good repair as they now are or may be at any time during the continuance of this Lease, ordinary year and loss by fire excepted. Lessee agrees to keep the premises free from weeds and to farm the same according to good farming practices. It is further agreed by the Lessee that he will not sublet nor in any way release any part of the above described premises without the consent of the Lessor_or her heirs, executors, administrators or assigns. It is further agreed that Lessor may qo upor. said premises at -'any time to insge~t the same, and to plow for future crops and sow small grains in the fall before the expiration of this Lease.
