I, HATTIE ROLLING, with the intent and for the purpose of making a qualified renunciation and disclaimer pursuant to` the provisions of Section 30-2352 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska and Section 2518 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, do hereby state: i. toy sister, Elvena Rolling, domiciled at the time of her death in Grand Zsland, Hall County, Nebraska, died testate on October 31, 1980, leaving a last will and testament dated October 30, 1973. Said Wi11 was admitted to probate in the County Court of Ha11 County, Nebraska, on November 6, 1980, and letters of Personal Representative were granted to Commercial National Bank and Trust Company of Grand Zsland, which has accepted said appointment and qualified as personal representatic-l 2. Paragraphs Fourth and Fifth of the last will and II ~ testament of my sister provided that income from two trusts !j provided for in said paragraphs be paid in equal shares to me, the undersigned Hattie Rolling, sister of decedent, and to John Bolling, brother of decedent, if both survived Elvena Rolling. Both my brother and I have survived my sister, Elvena Rolling. 3. I have not heretofore received or accepted any income or property under the last will and testament of my sister, and less than nine months has elapsed since said will was admitted to probate. 4.
