U(i2868 IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) Estate No. 38-149 OF ELVENA ROLLING, Deceased RENUNCIATION AND DISCLI4IMER OF BENEFITS UNDER , Vf21 I, John Iiolling, with the intent of making a qualified disclaimer pursuant to the provisions of sections 2518 of the Ynternal Revenue Code of 1954 and pursuant to the provisions of section 30-2352 of the Nebraska Probate Code, do hereby refuse to accept, disclaim, and renounce, in its entirety, ali property and benefits of every kind and description that are given to me in items Fourth and Fifth of the will of ray sister, Elvena Rolling, who died on October 31, 1980, which Full was dated October 30, 1973, and was admitted to probate on November 6, 1480, in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in the above- captioned estate. I authorize and direct that the original of this instrument shall be filed with the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in the above-captioned estate; that a copy thezeof shall be recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in each county in which any real estate that is subject to this instrument is situated; and that a copy of this instrument shall be delivered to the Personal Representative of the above-captioned estate and to the Trustees named in Article Fourth and Fifth of the Will of Elvena Rolling.
