<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that on the 8th day of
<br />Mav 1481, an Installment Sales Contract was entered int6 by
<br />and between NICK DAMSON ENTERPRISES, Inc., and NSCK DAMSON ESTATE,
<br />Sellers, and GARY PEDERSEN and BARBARA PEDERSEN, (husband aftd wife),
<br />(as joint tenants}, Buyers, for the sale and conveyance of the, '
<br />following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska--
<br />A tract of land comprising the Southerly T~renty _-
<br />Five and One Tenth (25.1) feet of the Easterly
<br />Fourteen and One Tenth (14.1) feet of Lot Seven
<br />(7); the Southerly Twenty Five and One Tenth
<br />(25.1) feet of Lot Eight {8); and the Northerly
<br />Six (6.03 feet of the Southerly Thirty One and
<br />One Tenth (31.1) feet of the Easterly Forty (40.0}
<br />- feet of Lot Eight (8}, all in Block Sixty Five (65),
<br />Original Town of Grand, Island, Nebraska.
<br />The final installment payment is due and payable on May.15
<br />1986, CUNNINGHAM, BLACKBURN, VONSEGGERN, LIVINGSTON, FRANCIS & RILEY,
<br />Attorneys, 222 North Cedar Street, P. O. Box 878, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, are acting as the Escrow Agent pursuant to the terms of the
<br />Installment Sales Contract and are holding all legal documents,

<br />therein set forth, and also Theodore N. Damson, Executor of the
<br />Estate of Nick Damson, deceased, first party, to me known to be the
<br />Executor of said Estate and tie person executing the above and
<br />foregoing Notice of Installment Contract, and he acknowledged the execution
