<br />RESOLUTION
<br />WHEREAS, the land owners James S. Reed and-James D. Roth, have requested
<br />the vacation of a part of the plat of Double R Subdivision, more pa~^ticult~ly
<br />described as follows:
<br />That part of Double R Subdivision lying south of the southerly
<br />right-of-way line of Sharma Street and north of Thirteenth Street
<br />including a]1 of Irene Avenue, Lots One (1), Two (2}, Three (3 ,
<br />Four (4}, Five {5), Six (6), Ten (10), Eleven {11), Twelve (12-~.
<br />Thirteenth (13), Fourteen.(14), and Fifteen (15), except. that.-
<br />part of said subdivision which was dedicated as right-of- way for
<br />Thirteenth Street, and which is located within an area-Forty (40}
<br />reet north of the south section line- of the East Half (E~),South-
<br />east Quarter (SE:), Southwest Quarter SW;) of Section Eleven (1T),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten ~10) West of the Sixth p. M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, it appears that said part of the plat of Double R Subdivision
<br />has not been developed into residential property and that it is agricultural
<br />land and not properly part of a residential subdivision.
<br />iVOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Hall County Board of Supervisors
<br />that the above described part of the plat of Double R Subdivision be and the
<br />same hereby is vacated, and chat the land owners requesting vacation be and
<br />hereby are directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds.
