<br />DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
<br />THIS DEED is made by GILBERT A. XATZBERG and DONALD UDEN as Personal-
<br />Representatives of the Estate of Harry Dieken, deceased, Grantor, to
<br />- George J. Uden, Robert W. Uden and Donald Uden in equal shares and is made
<br />pursuant to a Petition of Renunciation of Succession executed by said Grantee's
<br />mothez,Ida Uden, who was a sister and heir at law of the above deceased,-
<br />-: -Harry Dieken.

<br />WHEREAS, Grantors were duly appointed Personal Representatives of said
<br />Estate by the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and are -now gv'~1?.i:~ied and
<br />acting in said capacity and the above named Grantees are determined>~.~o?~e the
<br />persons entitled to distribution of the property described hereafter ai-ii Grantors
<br />are authorized to distribute the same to the Grantees, now therefore, Grantors
<br />convey, assign and transfer to the Grantees, George J. Uden, Robert W. Uden
<br />and Donald Uden in equal shares an undivided one-fourth interest in and to the
<br />following real property owned by the Decedent:
<br />1. The East Half of the Southwest Quarter, the West Half of the
<br />Southeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the :;outheast Quarter of
<br />Section 23, Township 9 North, Range 11 West~of the 6th P.M., Hall County, NE;
<br />2. An undivided one-half interest in the Southwest Quarter of Section
<br />Twenty-Two, Township 9 North, Range 11, west of the 6th P. M., Hall County, NE;
<br />3. An undivided one-half interest in the East Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of Section 34, Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall Ccunty, Nebraska;
<br />4. An undivided one-third interest in the Northwest Quarter, Section
<br />27, Township 4 North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />5. The North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 9
<br />Nor*_h, Range 11, West of the 6th P.itil., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />6. Prosser Extension of Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5,
<br />Township 8 North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M. in Adams County, NE, more
<br />particularly described as follows: Five, 2170 Feet South of the Northeast
<br />corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 5, thence South along the
<br />East line 300 feet; thence West to the railroad right-of-way; thence North
<br />along said right-of-way 300 feet; thence East to the point of beginning,
<br />containing 3.17 acres more or mess.
<br />Together with tenements and improvements thereto beiorginq, but
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.

<br />who executed the foregoing Deed of Distribution and acknowledged the same
<br />to be their voiuntary act and deed.
