<br />DEED OF DISTRIBUTIOiJ BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
<br />THIS DEED is made by GILBERT A. KATZBERG and DONAI~) UDEN as Personal
<br />Representatives of the Estate of Harry Dieken, deceased, Grantors, to
<br />EKKO DZEKEN, MARGARET DIEKEN and ETTA KA4'ZBERC, Grantees,
<br />WHEREAS, Grantors are the duly appointed Personal Representatives of
<br />the Estate of Harry Dieken, deceased, in the County Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and are now qualified and acting in such capacity; and tYie
<br />Grantees are determined to be the gersons entitled to distribution of the
<br />property hereafter described, and Grantor is authorized to distribute the
<br />same,
<br />NOW THEREFORE, Grantors hereby convey, assign and transfer to Ekko
<br />Dieken, Margaret Dieken and Etta Katzberg, Grantees, each an undivided
<br />one-fourth interest in and to the following described real property:
<br />1. The East Half of the Southwest Quarter, the West Half of the
<br />Southeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
<br />Section 23, Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M_, Hall County, IdE;
<br />2: An undivided one-half interest in the Southwest Quarter of Section
<br />Twenty-two, Township 4 North, Range 11, S4est of the 6th P.M., Hall County, NE;
<br />3. An undivided one-half interest in the East Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter o€ Section 34, Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />4. An undivided one-third interest in the Northwest Quarter, Section
<br />27, Township 9 North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M.,Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />5. The North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 9
<br />North, Range li, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />e. Prosser Extension of Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5,
<br />Township 8 North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M. in Adams County, NE, more
<br />particularly described as follows: Five, 1170 feet South of the Northeast
<br />corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 5, thence South along the
<br />East line 300 feet; thence west to the railroad right-of-way; thence North
<br />along said right-of-way 300 feet; thence East to the point of beginning,
<br />containing 3.17 acres more or less.
<br />Together with all tenements and improvements thereto belonging, but
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
