Interest Rate and AAonthty Payment Changes. The Note has an inifiel interest rate of 14.25()0/.
The note interest rate may be increased or decreased on eadt Charge Date, as described in the Note.
Changes in the interest rate are governed by the changes in the weghbd average yield at which the Federal
Horne loan Mortgage Corporation committed to purchase conventional mortgage notes with a fixed rate of
interest for the shortest available delivery plus ~%.
The monthly payment.amounts will also change on Payment Charge Dates as provided in the Note.
Because payment changes may occur less often than interest rate r~tartges and/or may be subject to certain
limitations described im 2tte Note, the mortthiy payments may at times rtoi be sufficient to pay accruing
interest. in such case, unpaid interest is added to the prinapai balance of the Note and itself accrues
interest tttereafbr
2. ft cauid be that Phis loan is subject to a law which sets maximum ban charges arb that law is
irHerpreted so that the interest or other ban charges collected or'a be collected in cbnnectiori with this loan
would exceed permitted limits. ff Utis is the case, then: (A) arty such ban charge shah be redut~d by the
amount necessary to reduce the charge to the permitted limit; and (B) arty sums already collected from
Borrower which exceeded permitted limits will be refunded to Borrower. The Note Holder may choose to
make this refund W reducing the principal 8orower owes under the Note or by making a direct payment to
Borrower If a reftand reduces principal. the reduction will lie treated as a partial prepayment
3.
