<br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the ej- day of January, 2010, Chase Home Finance
<br /> LLC, as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Vaughn
<br /> M. Kuta, Melanie L. Kuta, Michael F. Kivett, Trustee, CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), Beneficiary, Wells Fargo
<br /> Financial Bank, John Doe and Jane Doe, real name and marital status unknown, as the defendants, the
<br /> object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust executed
<br /> by said Vaughn M. Kuta and Melanie L. Kuta to Bridgespan Title Company, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br /> Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as Nominee for Greater Atlantic Mortgage
<br /> Corporation, Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of
<br /> the above-named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the
<br /> satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that
<br /> such deed of trust is dated May 15, 2003 and was recorded on August 15, 2003, as Instrument number
<br /> 200310712 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such

<br /> beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
