<br />whether one or more, herein called Grantor, in consideration of One Hundred ($lOO.QO)
<br />Dollars, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and'coeivey~s until the-
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLANA, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Graatee, a.permanent-
<br />and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspecq,-maintain,-
<br />repair, replace, remove, and operate thereon, electrical line anehars;-anchors: with
<br />guy wires attached thereto, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above,-
<br />along, across, underneath, and through Grantor's-property located in part of -the --
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE;y,SF73L) of Section Twenty Five (25),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.
<br />Tvo anchors shall be located on Grantor's property approximatelq eight hundred
<br />fifty nine (859) feet East and one hundred eighty two (182) feet North of the
<br />Southwest corner of the said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE~t,SW~).
<br />The Grantee shall also have the fallowing rights and privileges:
<br />Unrestricted ingress and egress across Grantor's property for any purpose
<br />necessary in connection with the survey, construction, inspection, maintenance,
<br />repair, replacement, removal, or operation of such anchors and appurtenances. Such
<br />ingress and egress shall be exercised in a reasonable manner.
<br />All anchors, guys, and other appurtenances connected therewith, placed in,
<br />upon, above, along, across, underneath, and through such easement and right-o'-way
<br />shall remain the property of the Grantee.
<br />The Grsntor, for itself, its heirs, successors, and assigns hereby covenants
<br />that the rights and privileges granted herein shall run with the title to such
<br />tract of land, and shall be 'winding upon the Grantor, its heirs, Successors, and
<br />assigns.
