FUTURE TAXES, INSURANCE, REPAIRS ARID CONDITIbN OF PREMISES. <br />The Buyers agree to pay the 1481 portion of the real estate <br />taxes payable by them, and subsequent real estate taxes and future <br />special assessments before the same become delinquent. The Buyers <br />also agree to maintain fire and windstorm or homeowner's insurance <br />coverage on the improvements on said gremis.s in an amount at all <br />Limes equal to the unpaid indebtedness herein and to keep such insur- <br />ance in force in a company acceptable to the Sellers. The Buyers <br />also agree to make arEy reasonably needed s-e},airs acid ~~ ;,~~p sp <br />the premises during the lifetime of this .agreement. The Buyers <br />small keep the premises fn a reasonably neat and clean condition <br />at all times; they sh~il not permit the premises to be used for <br />any unlawful purposes and they will not abandon said premises while <br />any indebtedness hereunder remains unpaid. <br />8.
