<br />ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT
<br />KNOW ALL MEDI BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, Richard L. Hartman and Patricia
<br />A. Hartman, husband and wife, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDI~A
<br />SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVffidTY-THREE AND 84/100 DOLLARS ($162,57384_)_,_
<br />to us is hand paid by The First National Bank of Grand Island, Gland Islaa`
<br />Nebraska, do hereby sell, assign, transfer, and set over to such The'Fir
<br />National Bank of Grand Island, all right, title and interest in and to that
<br />certain land contract dated April 11, 1973, and made and executed by C. F. White
<br />and Virginia L. White, husband and wife, as First Parties, copq of which contract
<br />is at£ached hereto and hereby made a part hereof.
<br />We hereby represent tha£ there is now remaining unpaid on such contract the
<br />sum of SEVENTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($70,000.00), and that there are no
<br />unpaid sums past due either of interest or principal. The object and the purpose
<br />of this assignment is to secure to The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand.
<br />Island, 9ebraska, the payment to it of the total sum of ONE HUh'DRID SIXTY-TWO
<br />THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE AITD 841100 DOLLARS ($162,573.84}, according to
<br />the tezms of one certain promissory note dated ?lay 6, 1981, in the principal amount
<br />of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO THOUSAIr'D FIVE HL~iBRED SEVIiAITY-THREE ANB 84!10[} ($162,573.84),
<br />with interest at L7~ oer annum, such note being payable on luiy i, I977.
<br />The undersigned further agree *_hat if 1'tre First National Sank of Grand Island,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, shall make pas•ments on 5a id contract, either principal,
<br />interest, or taxes, that this assignment shall operate as security for the repaymen`
<br />to it of all sums sv aaid with interest from tFse daft of pa;~eeent at the rate of

<br />The undersigned further authorize the escrow agent, when the terms of the

<br />Grand Island, Grand Zsiand, Nebraska, will reassign said contract to the undersigned
