<br />SECOND REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE <br />ROBEnr B. ilENXZNS AND GZNA M. .;ENKINS, husband and <br />wife, herein called the Mortgagors, in consideration of TWO <br />TAOYJSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,600.77}, do hereby mortgage <br />to DEBRA L. SHERRILI., herein called the Mortgagee, the <br />following described real estate in Hall County, and estate of <br />Nebraska: <br />Lot Twenty-Nine (29), Block Sias (6}, Unit 2, <br />Continental Gardens, an addition to the City <br />Of Grand Zsland. <br />And the Mortgagors do hereby covenant with the Mortgagee <br />and with Mortgagee's heirs and assigns that Mortgagors are <br />lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from <br />encumbrance, except First Mortgage of record, that Mortgagors <br />have good right and lawful authority to convey the same, and <br />that Mortgagors warrant and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />This Mortgage is given to secure the payment of the <br />principal sum of $2,607.00, and interest thereon, according <br />to the terms of a certain Promissory Note of even date, <br />executed by the Mortgagors to the Mortgagee, due the 30th <br />day of Agril, 19B6, or upon sale of the real estate by <br />Mortgagors, whichever is earlier. <br />The Mortgagors shall maintain fire, windstorm and <br />extended coverage insurance with a mortgage clause on the <br />buildings an said premises in the sum of $65,000.00, with a <br />loss payable clause in favor of Mortgagors and Mortgagee as <br />their interests may agpear. <br />The ~4artgagors agree to pay all taxes and assessments <br />upon said premises and all other taxes, levies and assess- <br />ments levied upon the First Mortgage of record and upon this <br />Mortgage and the Note which this Mortgage is given to secure <br />before the same become delinquent. .n the event the Mortgagors <br />shall fail to obtain such insurance ar pay such taxes before <br />delinquent, the Mortgagee may purchase such insurance and <br />pay such taxes or other liens and shall have a lien secured <br />hereby far the amount so advanced with interest thereon at <br />the rate of 18 per cent ger annum. <br />In the event the Mortgagors default in the payment of <br />said indebtedness or any installment thereof, or fail to <br />perfornn any of the other agreements herein, the Mortgagee at <br />Mortgagee's election may declare the entire debt secured by <br />this Mortgage to be due and collectible at once; and may <br />foreclose this Mortgage far the satisfaction thereof. <br />This Mortgage is subject to a prior mortgage in favor <br />of First Federal Savings and Loan Association.
