BROWHEZ;Is, as Trustee; and COMMERCIAL SAYINGS COMPANY OF GRAND ZSI.AND, NEBRASKA, whose address is 2121 North Webb Raad, Grand Zsland, Nebraska, as Beneficiary. WITYIESSETH That Trustor conveys, sells, and warrants to Trustee in trust, with power of sale, the fallowing described real pro- perty: Lot Faur (4}, Block Nine (9}, Continental Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The intention being to convey hereby an absolute title in fee simple, together with all buildings, fixtures, improve- ments, and appurtenances thereto belonging. The Trustor covenants and agrees with the said Trustee and Beneficiary Chat he is Iawfuliy seised of said premises; that he has gaud, right., and lawful authority to sell and convey said premises; that said premises are free and clear of all liens and encumbrances; and that Trustor will warrant and defend the title to said premises unto the Trustee and his successors and assigns forever against the claims of all persons, FOR TH£ AURPOSE OF SECURING performance an each agree- ment of Trustar herein contained and the paY`~nent of One Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Dollars €$275,flUfl.flfl}, as evidenced by a promissory Hate bearing even date at the rate of eighteen percent f16€} per annum until paid; the principal sum and interest shall be payable on demand. It is agreed by and between the parties hereto that while title is vested in the Trustee and until filing of Notice or Default, the Trustor shall: A.
