BROWHEZ;Is, <br />as Trustee; and COMMERCIAL SAYINGS COMPANY OF GRAND ZSI.AND, <br />NEBRASKA, whose address is 2121 North Webb Raad, Grand Zsland, <br />Nebraska, as Beneficiary. <br />WITYIESSETH <br />That Trustor conveys, sells, and warrants to Trustee in <br />trust, with power of sale, the fallowing described real pro- <br />perty: <br />Lot Faur (4}, Block Nine (9}, Continental <br />Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The intention being to convey hereby an absolute title in <br />fee simple, together with all buildings, fixtures, improve- <br />ments, and appurtenances thereto belonging. <br />The Trustor covenants and agrees with the said Trustee <br />and Beneficiary Chat he is Iawfuliy seised of said premises; <br />that he has gaud, right., and lawful authority to sell and <br />convey said premises; that said premises are free and clear <br />of all liens and encumbrances; and that Trustor will warrant <br />and defend the title to said premises unto the Trustee and <br />his successors and assigns forever against the claims of all <br />persons, <br />FOR TH£ AURPOSE OF SECURING performance an each agree- <br />ment of Trustar herein contained and the paY`~nent of One Hundred <br />Seventy Five Thousand Dollars €$275,flUfl.flfl}, as evidenced by <br />a promissory Hate bearing even date at the rate of eighteen <br />percent f16€} per annum until paid; the principal sum and <br />interest shall be payable on demand. All payt;:ents shall be <br />made at the office of the 9eneficiary, 2221 North Webb Road, <br />Grand Island: Nebraska, ar at such other place as the balder <br />may deBl.gnate in writing. <br />It is agreed by and between the parties hereto that <br />while title is vested in the Trustee and until filing of <br />Notice or Default, the Trustor shall: <br />A. Retain possession of the premises and collect the <br />yenta and revenues therefrom. <br />B. Maintain *_he buildings and improvements located <br />thereon in goad condition and repair. <br />C.
