The Subdividers furthermore waive their right to protest <br />the creation of any water or sanitary sewer districts within said> <br />subdivision and to connect the individual structures located in <br />said subdivision to said water and sanitary sewer mains within three <br />construction seasons after completion of the construction of said <br />mains. <br />2. Storm Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade all lots <br />within said subdivision sn that storm water drains toward public <br />right-of-way. The Subdi.~iders further agree to provide an area of <br />sufficient capacity to contain storm water flow equivalent to a <br />ten-year storm. Such plan for storm water detention shall be approved <br />by the City's Director of Public fdorks prior to the issuance of an <br />occupancy permit for an structure within said subdivision. <br />3. Davin The Subdividers agree to pave all streets within <br />said ~:ibdivisicn in accordance with zurrent subdivision regulations <br />and plans and specifications approved by t't.e City's Director of Public <br />t~orks and the County"s Director of Public i~orks. The Subdividers <br />further agree to waive ;heir right to protest any repaving district <br />within raid subdivision or tc a paving or repaving district of <br />Thirteenth Street where it abuts said Subdivision.
