Tttieasmepez, <br />husba_~td and wife; Michael L. Neubert and Brenda 3. Neubert, husband' <br />and wife; and Gary ~. Voecks and 3udi A. Voecks, husband, and wife, <br />as curers cf a tract of land ~cmprising all of Lot Nine (9), Block <br />One (1), Colonial Estates Second Subdivision in the City of Grand. <br />Island, Nebraska, desire to have subdivided a,s a subdivision the above- <br />described tract of land which is Located within the corporate limits <br />of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City <br />Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate <br />map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as TVN SUBDIVISION, <br />designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly des- <br />cribing the hots and easements bel.~nKing ?:o such subdivision, with <br />lots designated by numbers and easements by dimensions, and ,propose to <br />cause the plat f,x such 4ubdivision when L`inaiiy approved by the Regional <br />Planning Commission and the City nouncil t*_ be acknowledged by such <br />owners, certified as to accuracy «f survey by a re?istered land sur- <br />veylor, and to contain a dedication ~f the easatnents ~o public utilities. <br />In consideration ~f the acceptance ~~f the plat of said Tt'CI SUBDIVISIOP3, <br />the Subdividers hereby consent and agree ~,rith the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, that they will install or provide at their expense the <br />following improvements: <br />1. Streets. The Subdividers agree to waive the right to <br />abject to any repaving or paving districts cf raidley Avenue and <br />Kennedy Dzive where they abut the subdivi.si.on. <br />?. 47ster. City water service is available to the proposed <br />subdivision, and the S±ihdividers agree to connect ail structures in <br />the subdivision to said Citr water service before applying far occupancy <br />permits. <br />3.
