<br />the sums secured by this Reed of Trust shall continue unimpaired. Upon such payment and cure by Borrower, this Reed at
<br />Trust and the obligations secured hereby shall remain in full force and eliect es rf no acceleration had assorted.
<br />29. Aae7genseat of Recta; Appoiatmetu of Receiver, Leader is Po~essbn. As additional security hereunder, Borrower
<br />hereby assigns to Lender the rents of the Properly, provided that Borrower shall, prior to acceleration under paragraph IS
<br />hereof or abandonment of the Properly, have the right to collect and retain such rents as they become dtu and payable.
<br />Upon acceleration under paragraph Ig hereof or abandonment of the Property, Lender, in person, by agent ar by
<br />judicially appointed receiver, shalt be enutled to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Properly and to collect the
<br />rents of the Property including those past due. All rents collected fiy Lender or the receiver shall be applied first to payment
<br />of the costs of management of the Property and collection of reins, including, but not limited ta, receiver's fees, premmms
<br />on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorney's fees. and tfien to the sums secured by this Deed of Trust. Lender and the
<br />receiver shall be liable to account only for those rents actually received.
<br />11. FWane Advances. Upon request of Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option, prior to full reconveyance of the Property
<br />by Trustee to Borrower, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall he
<br />secured 6y this Deed of Trust wheu evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall
<br />the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Deed of Trust, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith
<br />to protect the security of [his Deed of Trust, exceed the original amount of the Note plus US $ rA-
<br />22. Recowveyance. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Deed of Trust. Lender shall request Trustee to reconvey
<br />the Property and shall surrender this Deed of Trust and all notes evidencing indebtedness secured by this Decd of Trust
<br />to Trustee. Trustee shall reconvey the Property without warranty and without charge to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled tfiereto. Such person or persons shall pay all costs of recordation, if any.
<br />23. Subetitnte Trustee. Lender, at Lender's option, may Erom time to time remove Trustee and appoint a successor
<br />trustee to any Trustee appointed hereunder by an instrument recorded in the county in which this Deed of Trtist is recorded.
<br />Without conveyance of the Property, the successor trustee shall succeed to all the title, power and duties conferred upon
<br />tfie Ttvstee herein and by applicable taw.
<br />24. Regttat for Notices. Borrower requests that copies of the notice of default and notice of sale be sent to Borrower's
<br />address which is the Property Address.
