81~UU2~98 <br />AFFIDAVIT <br />SAM GRIMMTNGER, being first duly sworn deposes and <br />states upon oath as follows: That he is the lawyer for Crisman <br />Drywall and Insulation Supply Company of 1615 West "B", Hastings, <br />Nebraska. That on the 24th day of April, 1981, said company <br />filed a Mechanic's Lien against the following described property: <br />The East Half of the South Half (E~S'~) <br />of the East Two Hundred Seventy (270) <br />feet of Lot Eleven (11), Vantine's Sub- <br />division to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hail County, Nebraska, <br />for the sum of One Thousand Seventeen Bollars and Ninety-Three <br />Cents ($1,017.93). <br />That on the 27th day of April, 1981, he caused to be <br />sent by United states Mail, a Notice of such filing to the owners <br />of the above property, Harry L. Lilienthal and Wanda R. Lilienthal, <br />husband and wife, at the following address: St. Libcry, Nebraska, <br />and the contractor, Mark Stutzman at RR2, Box 48, St Paul, <br />Nebraska. That Y:e additionally sent each with said Notic~ <br />~, a <br />copy of the Mechanic`s Lien that was filed. Affiant further <br />states that he sent a copy of said Notice to the street address <br />of the above described real estate, 1103 South Sycamore, Grand <br />Island, Nebraska. Affiant further states thar_ on *_he 24th day <br />of April, 1981, he provided Wanda R.
