81~UU2~98 AFFIDAVIT SAM GRIMMTNGER, being first duly sworn deposes and states upon oath as follows: That he is the lawyer for Crisman Drywall and Insulation Supply Company of 1615 West "B", Hastings, Nebraska. That on the 24th day of April, 1981, said company filed a Mechanic's Lien against the following described property: The East Half of the South Half (E~S'~) of the East Two Hundred Seventy (270) feet of Lot Eleven (11), Vantine's Sub- division to the City of Grand Island, Hail County, Nebraska, for the sum of One Thousand Seventeen Bollars and Ninety-Three Cents ($1,017.93). That on the 27th day of April, 1981, he caused to be sent by United states Mail, a Notice of such filing to the owners of the above property, Harry L. Lilienthal and Wanda R. Lilienthal, husband and wife, at the following address: St. Libcry, Nebraska, and the contractor, Mark Stutzman at RR2, Box 48, St Paul, Nebraska. That Y:e additionally sent each with said Notic~ ~, a copy of the Mechanic`s Lien that was filed. Affiant further states that he sent a copy of said Notice to the street address of the above described real estate, 1103 South Sycamore, Grand Island, Nebraska. Affiant further states thar_ on *_he 24th day of April, 1981, he provided Wanda R.
