<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,

<br />mafntain, repair, replace, extend, remove, and operate thereon, underground

<br />Continental Gardens, an addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:

<br />Unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-described tract of land for
<br />Installation, maintenance, operation, and removal of such public utilities and
<br />appurtenances.
<br />Sstch rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary for
<br />the full and complete use, occupation, and en,}oyment of the easement herein
<br />granted, including the right to excavate and refill ditches sad trenches, to
<br />remove, clt»ar, and keep clear of trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth, and other
