<br />any of them as hereinafter provided, hereby assigns and corv~ys to
<br />Commercial National Bank & Trust Co. whose
<br />principal office is at 424 Vlest Third Street, Grand Island, Nebr. ,
<br />all their rights, titles and interest in a contract to purchase real
<br />estate dated March 14, 1972 , by and between Don J. Mertz Company,
<br />A Nebraska Corporation seller, and Harold W. Harrington
<br />purchasers, the following described
<br />real estate:
<br />Northeast Quarter (NEB! of Section Thirty-four (34} in Township Twelve
<br />(13} North Range Eleven (11} 'r1PSt of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebr.
<br />containing 16b acres, mots or Iris, according to Government survey;
<br />together with all of the right, title and interest of the Assigr==ors in
<br />said property now owned, er hereafter acriuired, and including aii Dui.iu-

<br />including also all water, and drainage rights.
<br />This assignment is given to secure€
<br />fa} A promissory note dated October 31, 14L'0, given by Assignors
<br />to Assigner in the principal s~ of One iaundred Fifty Thousand

<br />cording to the terms of said Hate and any instruments taken in re-

<br />time to time by Assignee, at its option, to Assignors, ar any of
<br />them or their successors in title, for any purpose in any amount or

<br />shall be so limited that the total principal amounts outstanding at
