MOLLS and BONNIE L. MOLLS, husband and wife, of Grand Island, Nebraska, hereinafter re€er-recl to as the LICENSEES. WITNESSETHc_ WHEREAS, the Licensees are the owners of Lot Six (6}, Block Thirty (30~, in Russel Wheeler's Addition to-the City of Grand Island; Hall County, Nebraska; and WHEREAS, a recent Land survey has determined Chat the garage building and driveway encroach upon the public alley in the aforesaid Block Thirty (30T. NDW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mututal covenants `aerein contained, the parties agree as follows: 1. The City hereby-grants a license to the Licensees to maintain the aforesaid prPSentiy situated garage building and driveway in the public alley in Block Thirty (30), Kussel Wheeler's Addition, contiguous to Lot Six (fr) thereof, not to extend more than l.b feet into said right-of.-way, for a total distance of 51.8 fee*_. 2. It is understood and agreed that the Licensees can maintain said encroachment- in the public right-of-Hay at their own risk.
