<br />$~ _.4D1875 <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract <br />of imnd outside the corporate limits but within two miles of the City of <br />Grand Zsiand, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Covncil of <br />such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat <br />of such proposed subdivision to be known as BZLLY POE SUBBZVZSZON, <br />designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly <br />describing the lots and easements belonging to such subdivision, <br />with lots designated by numbers and easements by dimensions, and <br />propose to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved <br />by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be aeknow~- <br />edged by such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered <br />land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of easements to the use <br />and benefit of public utilities. Zn consideration of the acceptance <br />of the plat of said BZLLY PQE &UBZ3ZVISZON, the Subdividers hereby <br />consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they <br />wiii install or provide at their expense r_he following improvements: <br />i. Paving. The Subdividers agree not to object to any paving <br />or repaving districts of Shady Bend Road. <br />2. Rater .~ Swr.itary Sewer- No City water service or sanitary <br />ses~er service is presently available to the subdivision. Accordingly, <br />the City authori:.es the installation csf individual wells and septic <br />systems to serve the individual Lots in the proposed subdivision in <br />accordance with the Grano fsiand City Code. Furthermore, the Sub- <br />dividers agree not to protest the creation of any water or sanitary <br />sewer main districts in the area to serve the subdivision, and agree <br />to connect ail structures to such water or sanitary sewer systems <br />within two construction seasons after construction of such mains. <br />3. Drainage.
