That the easterly four (4) feet of the <br />existing easement adjacent to the westerly side of Lot One- <br />(1), Black One (1}, Island Acres Number 2, as shown on the <br />drawing marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference, be, and hereby is, vacated. <br />SECTION 2.
