O'Connor, husband and <br />wife, herein called the Mortgagors, in consideration of Twenty <br />Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00} do hereby rnortgage to Larry G. <br />Bowen and Eilenor E. Soesen, husband and wife, herein called the <br />Mortgagees, the following-described real estate in Hail.Caunty, <br />and State of Nebraska: <br />Lot Five (5) in Hidden Lakes Subdivision Number <br />One {1) Hall County, Nebraska, being a part of <br />the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />{SE~NE~) and Part of the North Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />(N'~NE'~SE~) all in Section Thirteen {13}, <br />Township Eleven {11} North, Range Nine {9) <br />West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska; <br />And the Mortgagors do hereby covenant with the Mortgagees <br />and with Morgagees' heirs and assigns that Mortgagors are ].aw- <br />fully seized of said premises, that they are free from encum- <br />brance, that Mortgagors have good right and lawful authority to <br />convey the same, and that Mortgagors warrant and will defend the <br />title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons <br />whensoever. <br />This Mortgage is given to secure the payment of the principal <br />sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) and interest thereon, <br />according to the terms of a certain Promissory Note of even date, <br />executed by the Mortgagors to the Mortgagees, Sue two years from <br />the date hereof or otherwise will mature upon Mortgagors closing <br />on the sale of their residence at 323 Pheasant Drive, Grand <br />Island, Nebraska. <br />Zn the event the Mortgagors default in the payment of said <br />indebtedness or any installment thereof, ar fail to perform any <br />of the other agreements herein, the Mortgagees at their election <br />may declare the entire debt secured by this tortgage to be due <br />and collectible at once; and may foreclose this Mortgage for the <br />satisfaction thereof. <br />Signed this I YF" day of ~_ h+nKC H 1981. <br />IiY~+*rti~ ~, ~"f~"~ <br />Ravmord J.
