<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That Turner Grain Co .., Inc, a
<br />Corporation, duly organized and existing under the laws of the State
<br />of Nebraska, as Mortgagor, in consideration of THREE MILLION AND NO/100
<br />DOLLARS ($3,000,000.00) in hand paid do hereby grant, bargain, sell
<br />and convey unto The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, a Banking Corporation in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Mortgagee, the fcllowing described real estate in Hall County, and
<br />the State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Tract 1: The Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 12
<br />North, Range 11 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian.

<br />North, Range 11 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian.
<br />Tract 3: The Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 12
<br />North, Range 12 67est of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
<br />excepting that part thereof conveyed to the State of Nebraska
<br />by warranty deed recorded in Book 77, Page 641 of the Deed
<br />Records of Ha11 County, Nebraska.

<br />12 North, Range 12 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian that
<br />lies South of the Chicago Burlington and Quincy Railroad
<br />right-of-way subsequent to August 14, 1952 at 9:00 a.m.
