<br />SI--~>t~ ~%~~~ <br />MF.I~iORANDT7M <br />of <br />FRE`i~ARITAL AGREE`t~iE'tvi <br />THIS ;4EMORANDIA~1 OF PREt~,ARiTAL AGREEMENT shall became <br />effective as of the date when the marriage is solemnized <br />and is by and between ALICE LONG (10AIice") and SAMiR H. <br />HAOC;ALA ("Samir"). <br />WIT;IESSETH <br />1. Alice and Samir have entered into a Premarital <br />Agreement of even date herewith ("Premarital Agreement"), <br />whereby each of them has waived certain rights, title and <br />interest in and to separate property of the other party <br />owned or acquired before marriage, and in and to all income <br />produced from such separate property of the other owned or <br />acquired before marriage. The said separate property and <br />income therefrom shall be the property of such other party, <br />in accordance with the said Premarital Agreement. <br />2. Alice and Samir, for valuable consideration and <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Premarital Agreement, have <br />forever remised, released and quitclaimed certain rights <br />which either might have (or hereafter acquire as the result <br />of their subsequent marriage) to real property interests now <br />owned or hereafter acquired by the other party and held in <br />such other par*:y's sole name, or in any form of co-ownership <br />with any other person or entities. Ali such real property <br />interests now owned or hereafter acquired shall be the sepa- <br />rate property of the Harty- in whnga c~le ngma said prop °erty <br />interest may be recorded. <br />3.
