(} Q ~ `~ `~ f j <br />AN OxBINAiiCE TG ~"t'ENt3 T.~ BtXJ~.-`;.~iES ,~~D I;iCLiIDE NITEfI23 TEfE CORPORATE <br />LIMITS OR, AND TO ANNEX T0, THE VILLAGE OF DONIPHAN, NEBRASKA, CERTAIN CONTIG- <br />UOUS LAND BESCRIBEB AS THE SCHLEICHARBT SUBDIVISION, NOT ALREADY INCLUBED WITHIN <br />1'HE VILLAG'c LIMITS LOCATEB IN HALL COUN11', NEBRASKA. <br />BE IT ORDAINEB BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE 4F <br />DONI?HAN, NEBRASKA; <br />Section 1: It is hereby found and determined by said Chairman and Board <br />of Trustees that: <br />(a) The tract of property described as the Sehleichardt Subdivision, not <br />already included in the Village of Doniphan, Nebraska, in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />is urban and suburban in character, and is contiguous to the corporate limits of <br />said Village; <br />(b} There is unity of interest in the use of said tract with the use of <br />lots and tracts in said Village and the community, convenience and welfare and <br />the interest of said Village will be enhanced through incorporating said real <br />estate xithin the limits of said Village. <br />Section Z: That the boundaries of the Village or" Doniphan, Nebraska, be <br />and hereby are extended to include with the corporate limits of said Village <br />the contiguous and adjacent land described in Section 1, subsection (a) above. <br />Section 3: Said land above described in this Ordinance is hereby annexed <br />to the Village of Doniphan, Nebraska. <br />section S: This Ordinance is enacted under authority of and in reliance <br />~~pon vebraska ~tevised Statutes, Section :'-a05.DI. <br />Section ~: This Ordinance shall be in forts and take effect from and after <br />its passage, approval and posting or ?ubiication, as ?rovided by lax. <br />Enacted this f~ day of -f~ 1481. <br />"'~~i~ <br />~'2 ~tC ~_.:L <br />ir:aan of the Board o Tr tees <br /> <br />f <br />
