O~-"°3)(~ 1~`l~ R E S O L U T I O N 4rc~EREAS, St. Mary's Council Number 1159, Knights of Columbus, a Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, desires to give the real estate now owned by it and occupied as it`s council chambers and described as follows, to-wit: A tract of land in Southeast Quarter (SE~1) of Section 21, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., described as commencing at the Southeast earner of Pleasant Home Sub- division running thence westerly on the south line of said Subdivision, 294.0 feet to the center line of South Eddy Street; thence running southerly parallel to the East line of Section 21, 341.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence westerly parallel to the south line of Pleasant Home Sub- division, 327.0 feet to a point; thence southerly parallel with the East line of Section 21, 295.5 feet to a point; thence easterly parallel to the South line of Pleasant Home Subdivision 360 feet to a point; thence northerly, parallel to the East line of Section 21, 130 feet to a point; thence westerly parallel to the South line of Fleasant Home Sub- division, 33 feet to a point; thence northerly, parallel to the East line of Section 21, '65.5 feet to the point of be- ginning, containing 2.3I acres, mare or less, except that ground conveyed by Quit Claim Deed to the City of Grand Island, a Municipal Corporation and recorded in Book I45 at page 191 and Book 145 page 193 of the Book of Deeds contained in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, and subject to a mortgage to the Commercial National Bank and Trust Company of Grand Island, Nebraska as recorded in Book 139 page 34I of the Book of Mortgages in the office of *he Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska. Said property to be given to Grand Island Columbian Holding Company, Inc; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the officers and trustees of St. Mary's Council Number 1159, Knights of Colu,-c,bus, a Corporation of Grand Island,Ha11 County, Nebraska be, and they hereby are authorized, empowered and permitted to transfer and give the above described real estate to Grand island Columbian Holding Company, Inc. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Grand Knight and Recording Secretary of this council be, and they are hereby authorized, empowered and permitted to execute any and all instruments and deeds of conveyance as may be necessary to accomplish such sale.
