PETERSEN, husband and <br />wife, each in his and her own name and tight and as spouse of each <br />other, GRANTORS, in consideration of ONE HUNDRED SEVEN-TEEN T$OUSAND <br />SiX HUNDRED BOLLARS ($217,500.00) received from GRANTEE, DOAX <br />INVESTMENT COMPANY, a Partnership, convey to GRANTEE the following <br />described real estate (as definied in Section 76-201, R.R.S. 1943): <br />Lots Seven (7) and Eight (83 in Black Sixty (60) in <br />Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hali County, <br />Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded, <br />subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations and <br />easements of record. <br />GRANTORS covenant jointly and severally with GRANTEE that: <br />1. GRANTORS are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is <br />free from encumbrances; <br />2. GRANTORS have legal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; and <br />3.
