<br />3. Lliteras & Associates, Inc., herein called Grantor, in consideration

<br />hereby-grants and conveys unto the _

<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee,
<br />a permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct,
<br />d,ezspect, maintain, repair, replace, extend, remove, and operate thereon,
<br />underground electric utility Iicies, cables, terminals, transformers,
<br />surface markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon,
<br />above, along, across, underneath and through a tract of Sand located in
<br />part of Garland Place, a subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />The Weatt~rly sixteen (1&} feet of Lot Fifteen (15), except the
<br />Westerly three (3} feet of the Southerly twenty-four (24} feet
<br />of the Northerly one-hundred and one (101} feet thereof. Said
<br />tract of land containing 0.t3 acres core or Iess as shown on
<br />the gist dsted 1/30/82, esarked Exhibit "'~", and attached hereto
<br />and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />toi2ether with the following rights:
<br />i7nrestzleted i.n~rreaa and egress to the above-described tract of
<br />land far installation, maintenance, operation and removal of such
<br />utilities and appurtenances.
<br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary
<br />for the full and complete use, oeeupation and enjoyment of the easement
<br />herein granted., including the right to excavate and refill ditches and
<br />trenches, to remove, clear, and keep clear trees, bushes, hedges,
<br />unde[grovth, and other obstructions inter€ering with the survepfng,
<br />construction, inspection, :eaintenanee, repair, replacaeent, extension,
<br />removal or operation of such utilities. No improvements, structures,
<br />buildings, fences, or other obstructions of any kind whatsoever, shalt
<br />be allowed in, upon, above, along, across, underneath: or through ghe
<br />eesent herein granted.

<br />mer#~rs, acrd other appurtenances glared in, upon, above, slang, across,
<br />underneath, and through such easement shall remafa the property of the
<br />~rtmtas and may he reauved or replaced at any time.
