~~. 81-~}C) ~7?6 A F F I D A V I T COMES NOW ALFRED KUHLMANN of Route 1, Chapman, ~ Nebraska, and after being first duly sworn, deposes and says as follows: That he is an adult person; that he was well and person- ally acquainted with William Kuhlmann and Caroline Kuhlmann, as they were his natural parents; that of his own knowledge, he knows that they, the said G~?illiam Kuhlmann and Caroline Kuhlmann were the owners at one time of the following described real estate: Lot Four (4}, Block Three (3} in Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and that they subsequently conveyed said premises to one Minnie Kuhlmann Smith. Affiant further states in this regard that the said William Kuhlmann and Caroline Kuhlmann, who appear as grantees in a deed to the above described property dated April 28, 1927, and recorded in Book 64, Page 652 of Hall County Ceed Records, were his parents. Affiant additionally states, that his mother, Caroline Kuhlmann, was also ;.nown and referred to as Carrie Kuhlmann, and that the said Carrie Kuhlmann, who appears with William xuhlmann as grantor in a deed of the above described property dated December 26, 1938, and recorded in Book 98 at Page 257, Hall County Deed Records, and Caroline Kuhlmann, are in fact, one and the same per- son and his mother, despite the discrepancy in names.
